英文摘要：

In order to translate the customer needs of Improved Design of Motorcar（IDM）into the right technical characteristics,a new optimizing decision Model was constructed based on House of Quality（HoQ）.The technical characteristics which needed to be improved were obtained by the customer needs.The multi-objective decision-making model had been constructed with making full use of the information of every part in HoQ,the designing target values of technical characteristics were obtained by algorithm for the model based on Matlab.The model was proved to be reasonable and effective by being applied to IDM.
