模具往往是按订单定制设计,经常由于客户需求变更、技术确认等原因导致设计任务中断,给模具设计人员配置带来很大困难。由于模具设计过程调度策略、设计单元构成模式等复杂问题无法用封闭形式描述,因此基于实际模具设计场景搭建仿真模型,以最小的人员总雇用成本为目标,同时考虑系统的设计产出及设计周期,采用遗传算法来搜寻设计人员配置的最优解,以此为依据合理配置设计人员数量。实例验证表明所提方法对于求解无法用封闭形式描述的约束条件的人员优化配置问题是可行的。
Mold design is customized by orders, which is often interrupted due to customers' requirements change and technical confirmation. It is difficult to configure the mold designers. Because some complicated issues can't be described in closed forms, such as the scheduling strategy and design unit constitute pattern, the simulation optimization model was proposed. Based on real scene of mold design, the simulation platform was built. Minimal human costs was selected as the optimization goal with the constraints of the design output and design cycle. Genetic algorithm was applied to search for the optimal designer configuration, and enterprises could rationally decide the staff number of each design unit. Examples demonstrated the proposed method was feasible to designer optimization allocation which can't be described in closed forms.
