针对模具制造业生产线经常更换生产的零件而导致生产线不平衡的问题,提出了考虑人员能力差异因素对装配生产线平衡的影响,建立了优化装配生产线的数学模型,采用全局搜索方法对给定实例进行求解,计算结果证明了模型的有效性和实用性。
In order to solve the problem that products were usually transformed, which re- sulting in the unbalance of assembly lines, the effect of workers with different skills was considered, and a mathematical model was built to optimize the assembly lines. Then, global searching method was proposed to tackle an instance, and the results indicated that the model was effective and practical.
