液蜡为分散相,span80为分散剂,乙二醇为致孔剂,反相悬浮法制备了羟基修饰氢键型酚醛树脂LM-4。根据热力学分析,苯胺和苯在LM-4上的吸附焓和吸附熵均大于零,表明吸附包含解吸水分子和吸附吸附质两个过程。对苯胺的吸附焓达到34.06kJ/mol,说明树脂与苯胺分子间存在氢键。Lagergren模型拟合吸附动力学数据表明颗粒内扩散、膜扩散均是速率控制步骤之一,Dumwald-Wagner二级速率方程更适合于描述LM-4对苯的吸附,Kannan-Sundaram模型的拟合则说明树脂对苯胺的吸附为"优惠吸附"。
Using liquid paraffin as disperse phase,span80 as dispersant,ethylene glycol as porogen,adsorbent of LM-4 was prepared by inverse suspension polymerization. According to thermodynamic analysis,the adsorptive enthalpy and entropy on LM-4 are both over zero,which illuminates that the adsorption process contains two steps:desorption of water first and then adsorption of solute. The adsorptive enthalpy for aniline reaches 34.06 kJ/mol. It shows that there exists hydrogen-bonding between aniline and LM-4 resin. According to Lagergren model,the adsorption rate is mainly affected by diffusion inside particulates and diffusion of liquid membrane. Dumwald-Wagner model can illuminate the adsorption process of aniline onto LM-4 much better due to higher correlation coefficient. Kannan-Sundaram model indicates that the adsorption of aniline onto LM-4 is a favorable adsorption.
