Stakeholders in vertically integrated health service systems are organizations or individuals who respond to health service integration and affected by it. The stakeholders in vertically integrated health service systems were defined. And the stake- holder analysis model was developed to analyze the stakeholders in vertically integrated health service systems in Zhenjiang City. Based on which, some countermeasures to coordinate in stakeholders were put forward.
