目的从慢性病患者视角探讨对医患关系的认知,为改善医患关系提供理论依据。方法从江苏省某三甲医院慢性病科室抽取410位慢性病患者进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷399份,采用SPSS20.0软件进行数据分析。结果慢性病患者年龄、学历水平和所患疾病类型显著影响对医患关系的认知（P〈0.05）。结论构建和谐医患关系需要从多方面（政府、医院、患者、媒体）采取综合性措施。

英文摘要：

Objective To explore the relationship between doctors and patients from the view of chronic disease patients,and to provide theoretical basis for improving the doctor-patient relationship. Methods 410 chronic disease patients from a tertiary hospital in Jiangsu Province were included in the questionnaire survey. 399 valid questionnaires were used for data analysis by SPSS20.0 software. Results The age,educational background and the disease types have significant impact on the recognition of the doctor- patient relationship（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Multiple measures from many aspects（government,hospital,patient and media） are needed to be taken to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
