个体化半需求喂养在早产儿中的应用价值

目的:探讨HtrAl(hightemperature requirement A1)在子痫前期孕妇血清、胎盘组织中的表达及意义。方法:HtrAl属分泌型蛋白,可采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定同期住院孕妇的空腹血清HtrAl浓度,其中正常晚期妊娠30例、轻度子痫前期25例、重度子痫前期20例;同时应用免疫组化SABC法检测胎盘组织中HtrAl的表达。结果:正常晚期妊娠、轻度子痫前期及重度子痫前期孕妇血清HtrAl浓度分别为(160.63±32.52)pg/ml、(210.82±32.52)pg/ml及(233.68±38.61)pg/ml,组间差异显著(P〈0.05);正常晚期妊娠、轻度子痫前期及重度子痫前期孕妇胎盘组织中HtrA的平均灰度值分别为156.03±5.07、149.89±2.69及140.05±4.96,组间差异显著(P〈0.05)。结论:随着病情加重,孕妇血清及胎盘组织中HtrAl的表达显著增高。HtrAl与子痫前期的发生、发展有关。

英文摘要:

Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of high temperature requirement A1 ( HtrA1 ) in serum and placenta of pre:eclampsia. Methods: HtrA1 was secretory protein. 30 normal pregnant women (control group) and 45 women with hypertensive disorder-complicating pregnancy (study group ) (including 25 cases of mild preeclampsia and 20 cases of severe preeclampsia) were recruited at the same time. Measured the concentration of serum HtrAl by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), as while detected the expressions of HtrAl in placenta by immunohistochemieal SABC methods. Results:The concentration of serum HtrA1 was significantly higher in the study group than that in control group (P〈0.05). The concentrations were ( 160. 63±32. 52 ) pg/ml, ( 210. 82±32. 52 ) pg/ml and (233.68±38.61)pg/ml, respectively. The same result was detected in the level of HtrAl expression ( the value of grey were 156.03±5. 07 ,149. 89±2.69 and 140.05±4.96) (P〈0.05). Conclusion: With the development of pre-eclampsia, the expression of HtrA1 was increased. HtrAl may participate in the occurrence and development of pre-eclampsia.
