混凝土碳化是引起钢筋混凝土结构中钢筋锈蚀的主要原因之一。再碱化应用电化学和电渗原理,恢复钢筋周围混凝土的高pH值,使钢筋重新钝化,以达到防止钢筋锈蚀的目的。本文分析了碳化混凝土再碱化技术,提出了相关的理论公式,通过对碳化混凝土的再碱化试验,确定了计算公式中的待定参数,希望实现对碳化混凝土再碱化过程的控制。
Concrete carbonization is one of the main causes of reinforcement corrosion in reinforced concrete structures. In the realkalization, principles of the electrolysis and eletroosmosis are applied, which serve to recover the PH value of the concrete around the steel and thus to prevent the corrosion of the steel. In the paper, on the basis of the analysis of the realkalization mechanism and a realkalization test on the carbonated concrete,parameters in the formula are gotten that can control the process of realkalization on the carbonated concrete structures.
