目的电解质、血气、红细胞(RBC)变形性、一氧化氮(NO)含量影响库存血的运氧能力,为此分析不同保存时间这些指标的变化。方法电解质、血气和酸碱分析采用生化分析仪和血气分析仪;RBC变形性检测采用激光衍射RBC变形仪;总NO(即NO2-+NO3-)检测采用硝酸还原酶的Griess方法。结果 K+水平从3 mmol/L增长到24 mmol/L(P〈0.001),Na+水平从152 mmol/L下降到133 mmol/L(P〈0.001),Cl-和Ca2+没有变化;pH值35 d时下降到6.449(P〈0.001);氧分压和氧饱和度增高(P〈0.05);RBC变形能力2周后下降(P〈0.001);NO含量没有变化。结论随着贮存时间的延长,血液的电解质、血气、RBC变形性均发生变化;总NO含量没有变化,但此指标不能间接反映亚硝基血红蛋白(SNO-Hb)的含量。

英文摘要:

Objective The purpose of this study is to analyze the changing of factors affecting the ability of banked blood to transport oxygen after storage for different time.These factors mainly include the concentration of electrolyte,blood-gas,the RBC deformability,and nitric oxide(NO).Methods The concentration of electrolyte,blood-gas,and pH value were analyzed by the biochemical analyzer and the blood-gas analyzer.The RBC deformability was analyzed by the RBC deformability analyzer equipped with the laser diffraction.The total concentration of NO(NO2-+NO3-) was analyzed by the Griess essay.Results The concentration of K+ was increased from approximately 3 mmol/L to 24 mmol/L after storage of blood(P〈0.001).However,the concentration of Na+ was decreased from approximately 152 mmol/L to 133 mmol/L(P〈0.001).In addition,the concentration of Ca2+ or Cl-remained constant with the prolonging of storage time.In addition,the pH value of blood after storage for 35 days was decreased to 6.449.The partial pressure of oxygen and the degree of oxygen saturation were increased during the storage period(P〈0.05).The RBC deformability was decreased after storage for two weeks(P〈0.001).The levels of nitric oxide remained constant with the prolonging of the storage time.Conclusion The factors including electrolyte,blood-gas,and RBC deformability are changing in banked blood with the prolonging of the storage time.The level of nitric oxide remains constant and can not indirectly reflect the real level of S-nitrosohemoglobin(SNO-Hb).
