The government＇ s fault in decision-making is a problem that needs the government behaviors to be perfected under market economy environment. The investigation of responsibility caused by the government＇ s fault in decision-making becomes a hot issue in the theory cirle and practical circle. This paper analyzes the current legal system and practices from the angle of current legislation situation of the investigation of responsibility caused by government＇ s fault in decision-making and raises some ideas for reference.
