In order to research the correlation between body size and body weigh of Qianhua mutton merino and also dedicate to new breeding selection work. This paper analyzed the correlation between body size and body weight of 120 Qianhua mutton merino with the SPSS software, based on Path Analysis and Correlation Analysis, and establish the most superior regression equation. The results showed that Qianhua mutton merino body weight （Y） with the body height （X1）, the body length （X2）, the chest circumference （X3） and thurl width （X5） were significant positive correlations （P〈0.01）. The direct action and the indirect action of the chest circumference, the body height and thurl width were extremely maximum. The optimal regression equation was Y =0.376X1 ＋0.397X3＋0.362Xs, the decision coefficient R2 was 0.704.
