高技术产业是经济增长的重要引擎,不同地区高技术产业创新能力差距过大,将影响我国区域经济的协调发展。以1995--2011年高技术产业面板数据作为评价指标,采用改进锡尔熵和基尼系数模型测度了我国高技术产业创新能力的区域和行业差异。研究结果表明:我国高技术产业创新能力区域差距显著,而且呈扩大趋势,同时发现影响我国高技术产业总体创新能力差距最大因素是组间差距,而组内差距对其影响较小;在高技术产业不同行业中,差距最大的是电子计算机及办公设备制造业,而差距最小的是医药制造业。
High-tech industries are important engine of China' s economic growth. The large gaps of innova- tion capabilities in high-tech industries between different regions will affect the coordinated development of regional economies. This article, employing the model of the improved Theil entropy and the Gini coefficient, measures the spatial and temporal gaps of innovation capabilities of China' s high-tech industries based on the panel data in high- teeh industries from 1995 to 2011. The results show that the gaps of the innovation capabilities in high-tech indus- tries between different regions are large, and furthermore, the gaps reveal expanding tendency. Moreover, this arti- cle illustrates that the innovation capability disparities between different regions are the prior factor influencing the development of China' s high-tech innovation capabilities, while the internal differences of different regions have less impacts. Finally, we find that the largest gap of innovation capability takes place in the computer and equip- ment industry, and the smallest gap exists in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
