QIU Qingquan was born in Shandong, China in 1979. He received his bachelor degree and Ph.D Degree from Xi＇an Jiaotong University, China in 2002 and 2008, respectively. He is cur~ntly an associate professor at the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
