不同浓度中性盐阴离子对小麦萌发的影响

选取小麦种子作为实验材料,采用不同浓度的NaCl和Na2SO4,探究阴离子不同对小麦种子萌发的影响.分别对小麦种子进行种子萌发试验,观察、测定不同浓度盐胁迫下种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数.结果表明,Na2SO4对小麦萌发的促进作用比NaCl对小麦萌发的促进作用强.当NaCl和Na2SO4浓度低于50 mmol·L~(-1)时,对小麦种子的萌发具有促进作用,发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数升高.当浓度大于50 mmol·L~(-1)时,对小麦种子的萌发有明显的抑制作用,之后随着NaCl和Na2SO4浓度的不断增加,各项指标均下降;但NaCl的下降幅度明显大于Na2SO4,即Cl~-的胁迫强度大于SO4~(2-).

Triticum aestivum seeds were selected as experimental materials,Different concentrations of NaCl and Na2SO4 were used,The effect of different anions on Germination of wheat seeds was investigated. Seed germination test of wheat seeds was carried out. The germination rate,germination vigor and germination index of seeds under different concentrations of salt stress were observed and measured. The result shows,The promoting effect of Na2SO4 on wheat germination was stronger than that of NaCl on wheat germination. When the concentration of NaCl and Na2SO4 is below 50 mmol·L~(-1). It can promote the germination of wheat seeds. Germination rate,germination vigor and germination index increased. When NaCl concentration is higher than 50 mmol/L. It has obvious inhibitory effect on the germination of wheat seeds,Later,as the concentration of NaCl and Na2SO4 increases continuously,all indexes decreased; But the decrease rate of NaCl is obviously larger than Na2SO4,the stress intensity of Cl-is greater than SO4~(2-).
