本实验以天然抗碱盐生植物碱地肤为材料,将NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3和Na2CO3按不同的比例混合,模拟出的胁迫处理覆盖了总盐度80~400 mmol.L-1,pH 6.93-10.68范围内的各种盐碱混合的生态条件,并对碱地肤幼苗进行胁迫处理。通过测定碱地肤幼苗的相对生长率(RGR)等胁变指标,并对数据进行统计学分析,进而探讨盐碱混合胁迫对碱地肤生长的影响特点,同时对盐碱混合胁迫的作用因素加以分析。
Kochia sieversiana,a natural halophyte was chosen as the experimental material for this study.We simulative ecological condions of alkaline soils.The seedlingd of K.Sieversiana were treated by mixing two neutral salts(NaCl and Na2SO4) and two alkali salts(NaHCO3 and Na2CO3) in various proportions.The treatments included a salt concentration range of 80 to 400 mmol·L-1 and pH values from 6.93 to 10.68.The relative growth rate(RGR) and other physiological indices of stressed seedlingd were determined and analyzed,to explore effects of salt-alkaline mixed stress on growth of K.Sieversiana and analyzed the effect factors of stress.
