本实验以天然抗碱盐植物碱地肤为材料,将NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3和Na2CO3按不同的比例混合,模拟出的胁迫处理覆盖了总盐度80~400mmol·L^-1,pH6.93—10.68范围内的各种盐碱混合的生态条件,并对碱地肤幼苗进行胁迫处理。通过测定碱地肤幼苗的含水量,并对数据进行统计学分析,进而探讨盐碱混合胁迫对碱地肤生长的影响特点,同时对盐碱混合胁迫的作用因素加以分析。
The experiment was carried out by taking a natural halophyte Kochia sieversiana as the material and using simulative ecological conditions. The seedlings of K. Sieversiana were treated with mixture of two neutral salts (NaCl and Na2SO4) and two alkali salts (NaHCO3 and NaECO3) in various proportions. The treatments included a salt concentration range of 80 to 400 mmol~ L-1 and pH values from 6.93 to I0.68. The water content and other physiological indices of stressed seedlings were determined and analyzed. Effects of salt-alkaline mixed stress on growth of K. Sieversiana were explored and the effect factors of stress analyzed.
