采用221家珠三角地区企业的调查数据,探讨了时间节奏对创新绩效的影响,并分别检验了组织柔性、环境动态性在时间节奏与创新绩效间的中介作用与调节效应。研究表明:时间节奏对创新绩效有显著正向影响;时间节奏显著增强组织柔性;组织柔性对创新绩效有显著正向影响;时间节奏通过组织柔性部分中介作用于创新绩效;环境动态性正向调节时间节奏与创新绩效的关系。
Using data collected from 221 enterprises of PRD, this study investigates the effect of the time pacing on innovation performance, the mediating effect of organizational flexibility and the moderating effect of environmental dynamism on the relationship between time pacing and innovation performance respectively. The results show that time pacing has significant positive effect on innovation performance and organizational flexibility; organizational flexibility has significant positive effect on innovation performance. And organizational flexibility plays a partial mediating effect on the relationship between time pacing and innovation performance. Finally, environment dynamism has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between time pacing and innovation performance
