模块化作为一种新的理论与方法,对企业创新有着重要的影响。以珠三角大中型制造企业为对象获取调查数据,分别检验组织结构(自我管理性、整合协调性、边界渗透性)在产品模块化(模块化设计、模块化生产)与技术创新间的中介作用。研究结果表明,产品模块化对组织结构与技术创新、组织结构对技术创新均有显著正向影响,差异在于:模块化生产只对整合协调性与边界渗透性具有显著正向影响,而模块化设计对自我管理性有显著正向影响,对整合协调性与边界渗透性则产生负向显著影响;协调整合性与边界渗透性在模块化生产与技术创新中起完全中介作用,自我管理性在模块化设计与技术创新中起部分中介作用。
As a new theory and method,modularity has an important impact on business innovation. This paper uses the data from the manufacturing enterprises of P.R.D and tests the mediating effect of organizational structure (self-manage-ment,coordination and border permeability)between product modular (modular design and modular production)and tech-nological innovation. The results show that the organizational structure has significant positive effects on modular products and technological innovations;the difference is that modular production only has a significant positive effect on coordination and border permeability,while modular design has a significant positive effect on self-management and a significant nega-tive impact on coordination and border permeability;coordination and border permeability has a total mediating effect on the relationship between modular production and technological innovation,and self-management has a partially mediating effect on the relationship between modular design and technological innovation.
