利用ANSYS软件对AMB转子系统动力学特性进行分析研究是目前在磁悬浮理论研究中的一个热点。讨论了在ANSYS中,AMB转子系统动力学特性分析的基本方法和过程。针对AMB的特征,将其模拟为具有一定刚度和阻尼的弹簧模型,并针对一个实际样机进行了初步分析。方法可以简化计算的过程,但对于其结果可能还有一定的误差。在此基础上,提出了修正的方法。结果和构思对今后AMB转子动力学特性的有限元分析研究有一定的借鉴作用。
Nowadays in theoretical research on magnetic levitation,It is popular to use ANSYS software to analyze and study the dynamic characteristics of AMB-rotar system. It introduces the basic methods and processes of using ANSYS to study dynamic characteristics of AMB-rotor system. It AMB,based on its features, is simulated as spring model with certain stiffness and damping. Then, an actual prototype is analyzed by using this method. This method can simplify the calculation process ,but the results may not be very accurate. Therefore ,some amendment to the method is introduced. The ideas and findings will be useful for finite element analysis of the dynamic characteristics of AMB-rotor system in the future.
