利用高温固相合成法,首次采用磷酸作为磷酸根源,制备了锂离子电池正极材料LiFePO4并利用红外光谱、XRD、SEM、CV等分析手段研究了不同物质的量的锂源对产品结构型貌以及电化学性能的影响.结果显示,当LiOH·H2O、H3PO4、α-Fe2O3化学计量比为1.1∶1∶0.5时,产品的性能最好,其在0.1C和0.2C倍率下的首次放电比容量分别为157mAh/g和135mAh/g,且具有优良的循环性能.
