应用线性伏安扫描法、极化曲线和计时电流等测试技术,对锡含量不同的4种铅酸蓄电池正极用铅锡合金板栅进行了析氧行为的电化学测试。同时还利用SEM、EDS、XRD等技术对锡含量不同的板栅进行了表征。电化学测试表明在含锡量ω(Sn)为1.27%时,合金的析氧电位最正、极化电流最小、自腐蚀电位也最正。说明添加适量锡于正极铅板栅中,可抑制氧气的析出,进而延长电池的使用寿命。
The oxygen evolution behavior of positive grids of lead-acid betteries with different contents of tin(Sn) were studied by using linear sweep voltammetry, polarization curve and chronoamperometry techniques. Meanwhile, all samples were thoroughly characterized by SEM, EDS and XRD measurements. Electrochemical tests demonstrated that when the content of tin was 1.27 %, the most positive oxygen evolution potential, the most positive corrosion potential and the smallest oxygen evolution current were appeared. This indicated that adding proper amount of Sn into Pb can greatly inhibit the oxygen evolution behavior of the positive grids, which may lengthen the working time of lead-acid battery.
