库仑定律是电磁理论的基础之一.库仑定律的重要性在于,电力平方反比律与光子静止质量是否为零有密切的关系.m_r是有限的非零值还是一个零有本质的区别,并且会给物理学带来一系列原则性的问题.

英文摘要：

Coulomb＇s law is the basic of electromagnetic theory.There is a close relationship between the power inverse square law and that the mass of the photon is zero or not.That m_γis limited nonzero value or zero is different in essence,and brings a series of principled problem to physics.
