In recent years, with the background of the world economy＇s globalization, regional tourism cooperation is becoming an important trend of the world tourism. The focus of world tourism has moved east, and it brings many good opportunities for northeast Asia on regional tourism. At present, adjacent areas of Northeast China, Russia and Mongolia have played both market and destination role among the three, which forms a special tourism pattern. With common needs and guidance of relevant theory, the international regional cooperation confirms the mode of cooperation in different stages basing on the space pattern, and takes the ＂barrier-free tourism＂ as its ultimate goal.
