Cities are the core of aerial developments in which urbanization is a most important form of motions.In recent 100 years,the coastal area of Liaoning Province has been evolving into a zonal spatial framework gradually.The inside urbanization in the area,however,isn＇t smooth because of varied reasons,which is evidenced by the facts that the urbanization between cities in the area is unbalanced,the urban hierarchy is not perfect,urbanization lags behind industrialization and that the urban infrastructures are not sound.Through practical investigation and study,the paper will discuss the economic revival and aerial development of the coastal area in Liaoning Province from the angle of urbanizing response,raises four response mechanisms,that is,emanative drive from the central urbanization,reconstruction of urban systems,optimization of aerial spatial structures and construction of urban ecological space,which will fit to develop the urbanization in the area.
