The upgrading of industrial structure is of great significance in solving the employment problem and alleviatingenvironmental pressure. As the leading force of economic development, finance is closely related to the upgrading of the industrialstructure. Research on financial development and industrial upgrading of grey correlation with the economic monetization,securitization of economic financialization,economic,financial efficiency and financial structure five measures of financialdevelopment. The results show that the optimization of industrial structure and financial development are inseparable. The relationshipbetween the economic financialization and industrial upgrading most closely; Economic monetization, securitization and financialefficiency and industrial upgrading of correlation degree is highland roughly equal;Association between financial structure andindustrial upgrading is minimal.
