在新课程的引导下,教育不再只注重传授学生基础理论与基本技能,在教学方法上也做出了一定的改革,期望能够通过改善教学方式来提高学生的学习兴趣,活跃课堂气氛,在轻松愉悦的环境下培养学生的综合能力,从而使学生的身心能够得到健康、全面的发展。高校传统的体育教学方式一直比较刻板,都是通过强化练习来提高学生的基本体育能力,使学生对体育课的兴趣不浓。在新课程的引导下,本文将从建构主义下快乐体育教学入手,分析其对大学生身心素质的促进作用。
Under the guidance of the new curriculum,education is no longer only paying attention to teach students the basic theories and skills,also mking a reform in teaching methods,and hoping to improve teaching methods to arouse students ' interest in learning,and mking a dynamic classroom atmosphere. In a pleasant environment to cultivate students' comprehensive ability,so that students would get a healthy and comprehensive development both in physical and mental. The traditional way of physical education in universities has been stereotype,which improves students ' basic sports ability through intensive exercises,so that students are not interested in PE class.
