目的:研究滇越金线兰石油醚部位的化学成分。方法:采用反复硅胶柱色谱、SephadexLH-20柱色谱及制备薄层方法对滇越金线兰石油醚部位进行分离、纯化,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从该植物石油醚萃取部位分得6个化合物,分别鉴定为:木栓酮(1)、Sorghumol(2)、5d,8d.过氧麦甾-22-烯-3β-醇(3)、硬脂酸(4)、十八烷(5)、表木栓醇(6)。结论:其中,化合物1、2、4为首次从该植物中得到,化合物3、5、6为首次从开唇兰属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents from the whole herbs of Anoectochilus chapaensis. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatographies with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative TLC. Their structures were identified by their physiochemical property and spectral data. Results: 6 compounds were isolated and elu- cidated as follows : ( 1 ) Friedelin, (2) Sorghnmol, ( 3 ) 5a, 8a-epidioxyergost-22-en-3β-ol, (4) Stearic acid, ( 5 ) Octadecane and ( 6 ) Epi- friedelano[. Cortclusion: Compound ( 1 ) , (2) and (4) are isolated from this plant for the first time, and compound ( 3 ) , ( 5 ) and (6) are isolated from genera Anoectochilus for the first time.
