城市在发展的过程中下垫面发生了巨大的变化,进而导致城市气候环境的变化。2008年海口城郊最高气温的对比分析,表明城区最高气温明显高于郊区,特别是在夏半年,夏半年城郊最高气温正差平均为0.574℃;海口市建省前后近20年的气象资料分析表明,建省后的平均气温明显比建省前高,年均温增高0.93℃,而相对湿度则明显降低,年均湿度降低3个百分点。回归分析显示海口市多年平均气温、多年平均相对湿度与城市化水平呈显著、极显著相关,城市化能较好诠释近20年来海口市气候要素的变化。海口城市的发展,不仅改变了气候要素,而且影响大气环境质量,最近10年来海口市的酸雨呈现上升势头。对以旅游为支柱产业的海口来说,调控城市化进程,调整城市用地结构,扩大城市绿化面积,加强环境整治,对保持优质大气环境,减缓气温上升具有重要意义。
The urban underlying surface had the huge change in the development process, which led to climatic environment changed. The comparative analysis about the maximum temperature of Haikou urban and suburb in 2008 showed that the maximum temperature in urban was higher than that in suburb obviously. Especially in the summer half year, the average positive difference between urban and suburb was 0.574℃ .The Haikou meteorological data analysis in near 20 years around the Hainan province establishment also showed that mean temperature after the province establishment was higher than before obviously, annual mean temperature increased 0.93℃ ,relative humidity reduced obviously, annual mean humidity reduced 3 percentage point. Regression analysis showed that Haikou's annual mean temperature, annual mean relative humidity and urbanization level was significant and highly significant correlation. Urbanization can annotate the changes of climatic element about Haikou in near 20 years. The development of Haikou have changed the climatic element, and influenced the atmospheric environmental quality. Acid rain in Haikou presents the rising trend for the recent 10 years. Tourism is the pillar industry of Haikou. So regulating urbanization process, controlling urban land-use structure, expanding urban green area, and strengthening environmental management have the especially significance in keeping high-quality atmospheric environment and slowing down temperature rises.
