从烟草的根、茎、叶中共分离得到619株内生真菌,根据形态特征鉴定出12个属。其中链格孢属(Alternaria)和毛壳属(ChaetomiumKunze)为优势种群,分别占已分离菌株数的24.56%、18.74%。不同组织部位所分离得到的内生真菌在种群及数量上都存在差异:根中的优势属为镰孢属,占到了根中分离菌种数的28.32%;叶和茎中的优势属是链格孢属,分别占到叶和茎中分离菌种数的31.02%和28.88%;表明烟草内生真菌的分布具有一定的组织专一性。
From roots,stems and leaves, 619 endophytic fungi were isolated and 12 genera were identified. Alternaria and Chaetornium were dominant species,occupying 24.56 % and 18.74% of total isolated strains respectively. Endophytic fungi isolated from different tissues varied in species and quantity. Fusarium was major in roots which occupied 28. 32%; Alternaria was major in leaves and stems which occupied 31.02% and 28. 88%. This indicated that the distribution of endophytic fungi was tissue specificity.
