采用聚合酶链式反应和变性梯度凝胶电泳(PCR-DGGE)技术对番茄青枯病罹病植株和健康植株根际土壤的细菌群落结构变化进行了比较分析。结果表明:番茄健康植株根际土壤细菌多样性指数(Shannon-Wienerindex,H)、丰度(Richness, S)和均匀度(Evenness,EH)分别为2.217、14和0.840,而青枯病罹病植株根际土壤细菌多样性指数、丰度和均匀度指数(轻度萎蔫为1.579、10、0.686;重度萎蔫为1.571、7、0.807)均低于健康植株,而且随着发病症状的加剧多样性指数和丰度呈下降趋势。
A Polymerase Chain Reaction-Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(PCR-DGGE)technology was used to analyze the soil bacterial community structure in rhizospheres of tomato infected by bacterial wilt and non-infected plants.The results showed that the indices of diversity(Shannon-Wiener index),richness and evenness of bacterial community in rhizosphere soils of non-infected plants were 2.217,14 and 0.840, respectively.In contrast,the same indices in rhizosphere of tomato infected by bacterial wilt were 1.579,10,0.686 (wilting slightly)and 1.571,7,0.807(wilting severely).Meanwhile,the indices of diversity and richness were decreased with the wilting degree of infected plants.
