英文摘要：

Homeostasis adipocytes of pig play an important role in adipocyte metabolism. During the process of obesity and other diseases, factors of energy excess and inflammation lead to stress on endo- plasmic reticulum in mature adipocytes, which leads to the breakdown of homeostasis in adipocytes be- cause of the over metabolism, and finally results in insulin resistance. The new research progress on adipocyte stress leading to insulin resistance was reviewed in this paper, which might provide materials for insight into the mechanism of insulin resistance in obesity of porcine adipocytes.
