Leptin介导的SOCS3信号通路是由leptin,leptin受体,SOCS3,IRS和FAS组成的,leptin与其受体结合后经过一系列信号转导最终导致FAS的表达量增加,由FAS催化脂肪酸的合成,因此,对本信号转导通路的调节可以调控动物机体的脂肪代谢。本文主要介绍近年来关于leptin介导的SOCS3信号通路的组成、调节和作用机制的最新研究进展。
Leptin-mediated SOCS3 signaling pathway is composed by leptin, leptin receptor, SOCS3, IRS and FAS. Leptin binds to leptin receptor, then induces a series of signal transduction and leads to the increasing of the expression of FAS. FAS is the main enzyme for catalyzing the synthesis of fatty acids. Therefore, regulating the transduetion of this signaling pathway could regulate fat metabolism. This article mainly describes the latest progress of composition, regulation and mechanism of this signa- ling pathway.
