目的:探讨补中益气汤对运动性疲劳大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-XP)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法:48只大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、补中益气汤小剂量组(小剂量组)、补中益气汤大剂量组(大剂量组)4组,每组12只。空白对照组不做任何运动,其他各组每天灌胃2 h后进行无负重游泳训练。同时大剂量组大鼠按体重灌服补中益气汤12 g/kg;小剂量组大鼠灌服补中益气汤6 g/kg;空白对照组和模型组灌服同体积纯化水。1次/d,连续6 w。第6周末,按照试剂盒说明书检测各组大鼠SOD、MDA、GSH-XP含量。结果:与空白对照组相比,模型组、补中益气汤大、小剂量组MDA、SOD、GSH-XP含量升高。与模型组比较,补中益气汤大、小剂量组MDA含量明显下降(P〈0.05),GSH-XP含量升高(P〈0.05)。结论:补中益气汤能够提高血清GSH-PX、SOD的活性,降低MDA含量,从而提高机体抗疲劳能力。
Objective:To study the effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction on content of SOD、MDA、GSH-XP in serum with ex-ercise induced fatigue rats. Methods:48 rats were divided into blank control group,model group,high-dosage group and low-dosage group of Buzhong Yiqi decoction with 12 rats in each group. Except for Blank control group,the other groups underwent swimming without additional load for 6 weeks. At the same time,high-dosage group and low-dosage group of Buzhong Yiqi decoction were given Buzhong Yiqi decoction respectively,while blank control group and model group were given purified water. After 6 weeks,serum content of SOD、MDA、GSH-XP were measured. Results:Compared with blank control group,serum content of SOD、MDA、GSH-XP in high-dosage group and low-dosage group of Buzhong Yiqi decoc-tion and model group were decreased. Compared with model group,the serum content of MDA in high-dosage group and low-dosage group of Buzhong Yiqi decoction were significantly decreased(P〈0.05)and the serum content of GSH-XP were increased(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi decoction can increase the activity of GSH-PX and SOD,and decrease the content of MDA so as to enhance anti-fatigue activity of body.
