目的:研究刺五加配方颗粒对运动训练大鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法:将运动筛选后的大鼠分为安静组、运动组、刺五加配方颗粒运动组(刺五加组)3组,除安静组外其余2组均按计划进行6天5级递增跑台运动训练,第7天做力竭运动后对各组大鼠的生化指标进行检测。结果:大鼠持续运动直至力竭后其血乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶较安静组显著升高,肝糖原、肌糖原显著降低;与运动组相比,刺五加组能够明显延长力竭运动时间,阻止运动组力竭引起的血乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶显著升高,肝糖原、肌糖原显著下降,提示刺五加配方颗粒具有抗疲劳,增强体力,提高运动能力的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Granule Acanthopanax senticosus on anti-sports-fatigue held by the rats exhausted by exercise training. Methods: The rats after exercise training were divided into three groups which were normal group, control group and treatment group. The rats in control group and treatment group were carried out by 5-grade incremental treadmill training according to the plan of 6 days. In the seventh days the rats were executed to do the test for biochemical indicators. Results: The blood lactic acid and lactate dehydrogenase increased significantly more than in normal group after exhaustive exercise, but liver glycogen and muscle glycogen decreased significantly. Compared with control group, treatment group could obviously prolong the exhaustive exercise time, stop lactic acid and lactate dehydrogenase increasing significantly, and prevent liver glycogen and muscle glycogen from decreasing significantly. Conclusion: Granule Acanthopanax senticosus has the effect of anti- fatigue, enhancing physical strength, and improving exercise capacity.
