以Nb2O5和Ta2O5为前驱反应物,KOH为矿化剂,采用异丙醇为反应介质的溶剂热法,成功地合成了四方相、纯钙钛矿结构KTa0.65Nb0.35O3陶瓷粉体.晶粒形状呈规则的立方体,边长分布约为100~300nm;结果表明:水热合成过程中,反应溶剂、矿化剂KOH的摩尔浓度和反应温度是影响KTN粉体结构和形貌的关键因素.合成反应的最佳实验条件是KOH浓度1~2M,反应温度250℃,时间8h.
Nanocrystalline potassium tantalite niobate (KTN) KTa0.6Nb0.4O3 powders were prepared through solvothermal (isoprophl alcohol) synthesis processing using Nb2O5 and Ta2O5 as precursors. The results of experiments show that the microstructure and morphology of nanocrystal ceramic powders not only depend on reactive temperature, pressure and pH values of solvent, but also the reaction solvents. All of them are the critical factors of the reactions. KTN ceramic powders with perovskite structure were successfully synthesized via solvothermal processing with 1-2M of KOH at 250 ℃ for 8h. All of the products were characterized with X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The Fourier transforms infrared properties of KTN powders were studied as well.
