动态轮廓模型是提取图像中物体轮廓的一种有效方法.文章首先对FeAl/ZrO2陶瓷基复合材料的压痕图像进行了自适应阀值分割,然后利用改进的动态轮廓模型对其进行了轮廓提取,得到了压痕的对角线长度,进而计算出材料的硬度.并对传统方法和本文提出的方法的误差做出了对比分析.该方法可以对显微组织维氏硬度试验压痕准确地提取,并自动计算维氏硬度,从而实现了维氏显微硬度测量的高效率与自动化.
Active contour model is an efficient method for contour detection of objects on an image.The measure theory of Vickers hardness is discussed.We segment the impress image of FeA1/ ZrO2 composite with adaptive threshold at first,then capture the contour using improved active contour model,and get the diagonal of the impress image.At last calculates the hardness of the material.Using this method,we can get the contour of the impress and analyze the Vickers hardness automatically.Also,error of proposed method and traditional method is analyzed by comparison.Thus we achieve the measurement of the Vickers hardness with great efficiency and automatization.
