将一种高聚物纳米颗粒-聚苯乙烯(PS)纳米球加入到低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)中,通过熔融共混法制备了PS质量分数为2%的PS/LDPE纳米复合电介质,利用电声脉冲(PEA)法对40 k V/mm电场强度作用下试样内的空间电荷分布进行测试分析,并进行热刺激电流及电导测试。结果表明:PS/LDPE纳米复合材料内部的空间电荷量明显低于纯LDPE;PS/LDPE纳米复合材料在常温下的直流电导率也较纯LDPE小;热刺激电流(TSC)图谱显示PS纳米球的添加改变了材料的陷阱深度和密度,这有可能是抑制LDPE空间电荷累积和直流电导特性发生改变的原因。
A polystyrene/low density polyethylene(PS/LDPE) nanocomposite dielectric material with 2%of PS nanosphere was prepared by melt blending method. The space charge of the composite was measured by pulsed electro acoustic(PEA) method under 40 k V/mm of electric field intensity, and the thermally stimulated current and conductivity were tested. The results show that the space charge amount in the PS/LDPE nanocomposite is lower than that in the pure LDPE obviously. The DC conductivity of the PS/LDPE nanocomposite at room temperature is also smaller than that of the pure LDPE. The thermally stimulated current(TSC) map indicates that the addition of PS nanosphere changes the trap depth and trap density of the composite, which might be the reason that the space charge accumulation and DC conductivity of LDPE is inhibited and improved.
