利用微量滴度酶标板法比较研究了毒死蜱、马拉氧磷、西维因、乙基对氧磷和甲基内吸磷等对赤拟谷盗3个品系未成熟期虫态乙酰胆碱酯酶Acetylcholinesterase(AChE)的离体作用。研究结果表明:5种药剂对赤拟谷盗AChE均有显著的离体抑制作用,其中毒死蜱的离体效果最好,西维因则表现最差。与10日龄和20龄幼虫相比,蛹体内的AChE在离体条件下对这些抑制剂更不敏感。就三个品系而言,两个抗性品系AChE对这些抑制剂的敏感度均有所降低,且高抗品系HSTC-R表现最不敏感。
The in vitro effects of eserine,malaoxon,carbaryl,paraoxon-ethyl,demeton-S-methyl on acetylcholinesterase (AChE) from immature stages of three strains of Tribolium castaneum were investigated by applying the microplate reader method.The results showed that five test insecticides all possessed obvious inhibition effects on AChE in vitro.Among insecticides,eserine exhibited the best inhibition effect while carbaryl possessed the worst.Compared with larva aged 10 days and 20 days,AChE in pupae was more insensitive to these insecticides.For resistant strains,the sensitivity of AChE to the test insecticides decreased and the HSTC-R strain with the highest resistant ratio expressed the least sensitivity.
