心脏解剖结构的可视化对于临床诊断以及医学院辅助教学都具有极其重要的作用。体绘制结果评测通常都较为主观,所以用户的交互是影响可视化结果的重要因素。根据心脏解剖数据统计模型,提出了传递函数设计准则,用于指导用户交互,便于观察细微组织。针对心脏解剖数据中包含的堆叠结构提出改进的Context-Preserving模型。采用基于GPU的光线投射算法可视化平台作为交互式可视化方法的测试环境,以美国可视人心脏数据集作为测试数据。实验表明,文中提出的方法,能够有效展示真实人类心脏的堆叠解剖结构。
Visualization of the cardiac anatomy structure plays an important role in clinical diagnosis and medical students training. Evaluations of volume rendering results are usually very subjective. Therefore, user interaction is an important factor affecting the visualization of results. This paper proposes a criterion based approach coping with segmented cardiac volume dataset visualizing. Transfer function is designed according to anatomy structure of human heart. With the statistics of the cardiac volume dataset, users can adjust the opacity and observe the tiny tissues. An improved context - Preserving model for layered structure in cardiac anatomy is proposed. By testing on the visible human cardiac dataset with GPU - based platform integrating ray - casting method, experimental results indicate that the proposed method can provide high quality rendering results and effectively explore the layered structure in cardiac anatomy.
