聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)以其优良的化学稳定性、耐热性和易成膜等特点在膜合成中倍受青睐,但由于PVDF膜的疏水性,使其在水处理领域的应用受到了限制。纳米SiO2/PVDF离子交换膜电渗析处理含阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)高矿化度污水膜污染试验研究表明,APAM对SiO2/PVDF和PVDF阴离子交换膜的污染主要是膜表面吸附污染,阻碍了离子的迁移。扫描电镜和能谱分析证实了阴膜表面的污染物成份是APAM和少量钙的无机盐。APAM对阳膜的污染较轻。SiO2/PVDF膜的抗APAM的污染能力好于PVDF膜。
Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) has been widely used in the membrane preparation due to their good chemical resistance, and superior thermal and membrane formation properties. However, hydrophobicity of PVDF hinders its application in water treatment. Nano-SiOJPVDF ion-exchange membrane fouling experiment by anionic polyacrylamide (APAM) in electrodialysis for the treatment of water with a high degree of mineralization was conducted. The results indicated that SiO2/PVDF and PVDF anion-exchange membranes (AEMs) fouled by APAM was surface adsorption fouling and then hindered the ion permeation. SEM-EDX studies showed that the composition of contaminants on the AEM surface was APAM and calcium salts. In addition, the cation-exchange membrane fouled by APAM was slighter. It was also found that the anti-fouling capacity of SiO2/PVDF membranes in the presence of APAM was better than PVDF membranes.
