为了提高PVDF离子膜的水处理性能和抗污染能力,聚偏氟乙烯与纳米二氧化硅颗粒共混制备了SiO2/PVDF离子交换膜.采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜以及原子力显微镜对膜表面、断面及孔结构形态进行了分析.结果表明,无机纳米颗粒的加入使膜表面粗糙度增加,膜的致密性也增加了;大部分纳米颗粒能够以纳米尺寸均匀分布在膜中.
Nano-sized SiO2/PVDF ion-exchange membrane was prepared via blending in order to improve waste water treatment performance and anti-fouling capacity of the PVDF membrane. The effect of SiO2 on the membrane surface and cross-section morphology and structure was investigated. The experiment results showed that with the addition of SiO2 nanoparticles, membrane surface roughness was increased. The membrane compact was also increased. The most nano-sized SiO2 particles were dispersed evenly in the membrane phase.
