To boost the reform experimental teaching, improve laboratory management, cultivate student＇ s innovative experimental ability, and provide a favorable environment for study and research in universities, this paper, in view of the management and operation mode of the laboratory at Shandong Jianzhu University, investigated into the problems in open management of laboratories in colleges and universities and offered some countermeasures to solve these problems.
