Based on the practical requirement of new-type industrialization construction of Heilongjiang province, this paper puts forward main venture capital patterns for traditional industrial base in Heilongjiang,and discusses their operation mechanism as well as related countermeasures according to systematic analysis of venture capital field and its characteristics, the purpose of which is to give scientific reference and foundation to select the appropriate venture capital pattern for traditional industrial base in Heilongjiang and other provinces or cities.
