在对我国装备制造业R&D强度分析的基础上,运用DEA理论的C2 R模型对我国装备制造业及其7个行业1997~2009年的科技资源投入产出状况进行实证分析,在研究中用R&D经费存量值来代替当年的R&D经费值,得出了各年的科技源配置的相对效率和规模收益情况。并构建了装备制造业科技资源的配置能力的评价指标体系,分析其各年的配置能力,找出科技资源配置存在的问题,最后提出了优化我国装备制造业科技资源配置的对策和建议。
On the basis of qualitative analyzing to the RD strength of China equipment manufacturing science and technology,stablished corresponding of mathematics model.Based on all previous years 'science and technology statistical datas,used the related theory and method of DEA to analyze the science and technology resources configuration relative efficiency of China equipment manufacturing 1997 to 2009,and analyze the resources allocation ability.Discovered the question existed in science and technology resources disposition,Finally,proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize science and technology resources configuration of China equipment manufacturing.
