研究了不同压下率对301不锈钢的组织形变以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,经过塑性变形后301不锈钢出现了明显的加工硬化现象,其硬度不断提高,塑韧性逐渐下降,变形量呈现出从受压中心区域向两端逐渐减小的趋势。随着压下率的增加,奥氏体不断减少,α'马氏体不断增多,形变带开始产生,晶粒碎化。
The effects of compression ratios on the microstructure and property of 301 stainless steel were investigated. The results show that 301stainless steel generates obvious work hardening after plastic deformation. The hardness increases and the plastic and toughness decrease gradually. The deformation quantity presents the trend of decreasing fi'om the central area of the pressure center to two ends. With the increase of compression ratios, the number of the austenite decreases and the α'-martensite increases.The deformation band starts to appear, then, the grain is broken.
