综述了国内外原油降凝剂的降凝机理及其分子设计研究的新进展。介绍了吸附理论、成核理论、共晶理论和蜡增溶理论等降凝机理,总结了近年来利用计算化学方法、分子模拟技术以及各种仪器分析方法等开展降凝机理研究的工作,重点评述了降凝剂分子设计和降凝剂种类,最后对降凝剂的研究和发展趋势进行了展望。
New research progress in the mechanism and molecular design of the pour point depressant(PPD) is reviewed. Pour point depressant mechanisms,including adsorption theory,nucleation theory,eutectic theory and wax solubilization theory etc.,were introduced. Recent research works on PPD mechanism using computational chemistry theory,molecular simulation technology,various instrument analysis methods,were also summarized. The emphases put on the new progress in the molecular design and species of PPDs. Finally,the trend of research and development of PPD was prospected.
