老工业城市更新改造，是产业结构调整、产业文化转变、工业布局变化以及城市老工业区改造的过程。在这一过程中，城市社会空间结构发生了从生产空间到生活空间、从单位化到社区化、从集聚到隔离及从空间分化到社会分界的重要转变。针对这些转变，文章从强化公众参与、强调社区融合、增加城市公共空间、推进旧城改造有机更新这四个方面，对老工业城市社会空间规划调控提出对策建议。

英文摘要：

The renewal and reconstruction of old industrial city is a process which is able to realized through justifying industrial structure, changing industrial culture, adjusting industrial location and transforming old industrial zone of the city. In the process, it has taken place great revolutions in urban social spatial structure, such as the changes from production space to living space, from unitization to Communalization, from agglomeration to isolation and from spatial differentiation to social differentiation. According to these changes, in this paper we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on social spatial planning control, integration, increasing urban which includes strengthening public participation, promoting community public space and promoting the organic renewal of old city reconstruction.
