Embedded on the demand of construction of main-functional regions,the compensation policy of YRB should build a comprehensive system based on some advanced theories,for example,Theory of Sustainable Development,Strategy of Region Harmonizing Development and main-functional regions and system of regional compensation.And it also should integrate compensation aspects of ecology,agriculture and special area.The regional compensation standard should be composed by the following aspects： direct loss,opportunity cost,investment in ecological environment construction,special compensation of regional difference and value difference;however,all these compensations should consider the compensation ability of the nation and key-developing area.And the compensation models should include longitudinal compensation,transverse compensation and market compensation.What＇s more,it should also have adjustment and reconstruction of regional compensation safeguard mechanism,governmental performance appraisal system,etc.
