新时期重点产业环节选择研究具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。在对相关理论进行了梳理和重构的基础上,从我国主体功能区建设的时代要求出发,系统构建重点产业环节选择的水晶模型及分析框架,研究认为重点产业环节选择不同于主导产业选择,是一个复杂的＂水晶＂体系,主要包含八大主要影响要素,即主体功能区建设、市场需求、技术经济、生产要素供给、产业基础、产业关联、政府和全球化,并由此提出相应的的八大选择基准。最后以湖南省太阳能光伏产业重点环节选择为例,进行了实证分析和理论检验。

英文摘要：

The key industrial links selection has theoretic value and practical significance.This paper set up the system of key industrial links selection model and analysis framework,based on the related theories foundation and requirement of the major function oriented region construction.The study suggest that key industrial links selection is different from leading industry choice,the former is a complex ＂crystal model＂ system,mainly includes eight influence elements,namely regional major function,market demand,technical economic,production factors supply,industry basis,industry association,the government and the globalization.Furthermore,this paper proposes the corresponding selection norms.Finally,the paper takes up an empirical analysis and theoretical inspection by example of Hunan solarphotovoltaic industry.
