电磁量能器通道增益的一致性好坏直接决定了其能量分辨率的优劣。雪崩光电二极管APD的增益对环境温度和外加偏压具有很强的依赖性,它是电磁量能器中唯一可以通过在线改变偏置电压调节通道增益的器件。因此,电磁量能器的在线校准主要是各个通道APD增益的校准。着重研究了基于PbWO4晶体的电磁量能器APD增益校准的方法,测量了相同温度下APD增益随偏置电压的变化曲线,比较了两种不同型号APD的增益离散性,给出了测试结果,并对测试结果进行了深入分析。
The channel gain uniformity of the calorimeter determines resolution performance of the calorimeter. APD's gain dependants quite much on its environment temperature and bias voltage applied,it is the only device whose gain can be adjusted online by tuning bias voltage.So,APD gain calibration is the key issue in the calorimeter calibration.It emphasis on studying APD calibration method,it tested gain curve of bias voltage, compared dispersal of two different APDs,gave the test results and analyzed the results in depth.
